1. EFFECTIVENESS OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These Terms are binding on both parties, the first party is the platform, which is referred to as ONET, and the second party is the user dealing with the platform. 


2. Changes that occur: Changes to the Terms and Conditions are made by the Platform only, and not by the user.


3. Responsibilities:


- Card Distribution: The platform distributes cards everywhere in the world, and financial transactions are carried out according to global payment systems such as Paypal.


- Prior Acceptance: Once you register on the Site, you accept our policy and the Terms and Conditions.


- Quality of Service: The Platform is committed to providing high-quality services, but this does not mean that it is legally liable to its users in the case of a service defeat or an emergency weakness.


- Disconnection of service: The applicant is fully responsible in the event of his involvement in illegal or abusive activity, and the company has the right to withdraw and cut the service from him; the company will notify him in advance, and he must pay all financial dues he has even with the suspension of the service.


- Hardware compatibility: The client has full responsibility if the card does not match his device, the company is not responsible for this, and the invoice is not refunded because of this wrong choice.


4. Contract: The contract between us begins as soon as you request a service through our platform or application, and of course, the process cannot take place without your registering on the site and completing the information requested by us.


5. Refund process: The money paid by the client will be refunded in certain cases and according to the type of problem, and the evidence provided by the client of the sincerity of his claim. The company has the right to inquire about the subject and request evidence, and the money cannot be refunded if the customer refuses to provide evidence.


6. adjustments: The Company does not receive modifications submitted by individuals requesting certain modifications to the technical mechanism of work.


7. Legal Liability: The Company shall not be liable in the event of interruption or impairment of the Service, and the Company disclaims itself from providing any warranties in this or similar cases.


8. Delivery: The user will find that the card is already in his account once the payment is made, in a special tab which is his account on the site.


9. Guidelines:


- We expect our users to be highly understanding in the event of a problem, as this contributes to solving the problem quickly.


- The Company has the right to withdraw the card from the Client in the event of any violation or legal breach.


- In case the fees were incorrect the customer can submit his objection and evidence within 12 days.


- In case of an Unintentional purchase, The platform is not responsible for this, as the card is sold as soon as it enters the customer’s profile.


- The money which the client can refund must be equal to or less than the percentage paid in the purchase.
- If the card is unable to reach the customer due to a technical malfunction by our platform, the customer has the right to a refund.
